Passing filter value from one to another

There are 2 filters one for primary branch code and another for secondary branch code. Customer want to show single filter, which is primary branch code.  I want to hide secondary branch code(uncheck make this filter selectable at runtime) and pass the value from primary branch code.

 Could someone help me on this?
