Suppose there is a case where a journal with source payables is getting created by the autopost journal scheduled program. Now due to some issues like rate not available for that day, the batch status is ending as error. Upon realization, we fixed the rate issue for that day. Now rates are available. But the scheduled autopost process does not pick it up again, once its errored out. 

We wanted to check why the autopost journal program do not pick up the errored journals, even if we correct the error in the system. Is it expected behaviour?
