Currently, in a performance document, we have have 3 broad sections, i.e. Competencies, Goals, and Overall Rating. Now, in case of Goals section, every goal item is not limited to only one year or review period, it is a continuous process. So, the requirement is, to show a goal items along with their manager and staff rating and comments for previous review periods in the current document. Is it possible to achieve this on a PD or what alternate workaround can be considered.
