Notifications to buyer for Purchase order creation

Hello experts,

Can you please let us know if there is any schedule process or any job that will trigger the notifications to buyer as soon as the PO has been implemented?

We do acknowledge the fact that the buyer receives the email with the subject "FYI: Document (Purchase Order) XXXXX Implemented".

But, we want to know what process or job is being used to trigger these notifications. The problem we are facing is that we are seeing a lot of delays (approx for an hour) in email notification right after the PO is implemented. Please let us know if you provide some information on this.
