Entity Event Handler - Specify the next entity

We are using EEH for resolving composite bag and we have 2 entities of same type i.e. NUMBER. Can we specify in the node js if we want to resolve a particular entity next based on some condition?

I am new to ODA, but have exposure to Alexa and we have this functionality there, so thought of checking the same
