Sourcing introduced REST APIs to support POST and PATCH of requirements in Update 21C. Using Oracle Visual Builder Add-in for excel, you can add and update multiple sections, requirements, and acceptable values all together from an excel spreadsheet.

An unpublished sample template (Unpublished Add Requirements Template.xlsx) is attached to this post for your reference. You can use this template or customize it as per your business needs and publish it. Publishing this template will create the workbook with designer tools disabled and layout protection enabled. You can distribute the published template to end-users for specific tasks. This way, the end-users cannot make any modifications to the template.
