Hi,

My requirement is to have an email notification sent to the assigned resource when he/she is assigned a lead by the lead assignment rules. I tried to do it using object workflow but it only works when you manually press the Run Assignment action. But when I try to create a lead processing activity and run the process, it only assigns the new owner but the email does NOT appear.

Is there a better way to achieve this other than object workflow? Is this a bug?
