Want to display Defined Value instead of Communicated Value

Note: Not sure if what I am about to propose is best solution, so if you have a better idea or solution, please let me know.

What is the best way to get the Defined Value to display for the user on the Benefit/Retirement Enrollment Pages instead of the Communicated Value?
