Difference in "Reject" Button functionality from Performance Module VS Goals Module

Hello,

We recently launched the Goals module and noticed that the reject button works differently in the Goals module versus the Performance Module.

In the Goals Module: When a manager rejects the Goal Plan it removes all the recent entries the employee has made. In many cases this means that if an employee has entered in 5 new goals for approval and the manager rejects the Goal plan all 5 goal entries are deleted and the employee must start again from Scratch.

Goals Module Reject Button functionality = Remove all recent entries/edits revert to prior state

In Performance Module: When a 2nd level line manager rejects a supervisor/manager Performance Appraisal the performance document is returned to the manager with their comments in tact, no entries are deleted or removed.

Howdy, Stranger!
