What features/modules do you use to track disciplinaries & grievances?

Hello!
I may have asked this before but would be great to get some up to date answers on how companies manage and support their disciplinary and grievance processes within their business? Do you use Oracle HCM Cloud or other offline solutions? I can't see too much functionality in the core HR module for this but may be missing something?

Core objectives:
- Ability to help our line manager community to independently manage formal cases (Grievances, Disciplinaries, Supporting Your Performance, Supporting Your Absence) and store all case information and evidence on a centralised platform
- Provide extensive reporting and dashboard capabilities for our People teams, reporting on a number of key metrics such as; number of cases and warnings by location and business unit, case types, number of suspensions etc.
