How to disable or hide Minimum Release Amount field in negotiation and negotiation PDF.

Content (required):

Customer does not want Suppliers to submit minimum release amounts. Ideally they would like to remove the field entirely and not make it visible to Suppliers in the line and also on the PDF.

A personalization was done to remove it but this did not work long term.
