Validation to restrict employee to not go beyond the total accrual balance he is entitled.

Summary:

Hello

I have a sick leave plan which is incremental with a negative balance. I have configured a validation fast formula to restrict employees to go beyond of what they are entitled but the validation fast formula is not working as expected.

Anyone had the similar issue please ?
