Need help to trigger notification while creating journey using HDL.

Summary:

We are designing a extract to create a HDL that will be used to assign journey to the task but then we realized, HDL will not trigger notifications to performer and owner. How we can resolve this. Kindly help. We are looking for solution where we will assign journey through HDL (by scheduling the extract) and trigger the notification.
