Questions on custom objects

  1. We need to store master data for some custom integrations. We do not want to pay for DBCS or ATP Database. Can we use custom objects in Oracle SAAS for this purpose? Are other Oracle customers doing this?
  2. Can we apply primary key ,foreign key and not null constraints on these custom object fields as we do for database columns?
  3. Can we upload data using csv to these custom objects? Is it from Tools-->Import Management?
  4. Can we generate events on insert/update of rows/fields of these custom objects to be consumed or subscribed in Oracle Integration Cloud? Any helpful documentation or sample code available for the same?
