Use custom list twice

I want to use a custom list for "translating" some ID values to human readable form. For instance Location can be 1 = USA, 2 = UK, 3 = Japan, 4 = Germany. I prepare a short CSV file (containing two columns INTERNAL ID, VALUE) and import it to OAC as dataset Location. 

In case I have to use this kind of "translation" for two record types (e.g. Employees, Offices). I want to use the same custom list (to reduce the maintenance of lists by any future change) for Location IDs of Employees record and Location IDs of Offices record. But I didn't find a way how to define these two links in Data scheme of workbook.
