How to get an attribute from model A to model B in System Configuration?

 Get an attribute from model A to model B in System Configuration using Recommendation Rule.

How can we get configuration attribute from one model to another model.

Example: Model S-> System Configuration Model.

Model A and Model B are child models.

Value from Model A has to be pulled to Model B.

For pulling in the system attribute to model, we have a function called getsystemattrvalues .

Do we have something like for model too?
