Auto Fill Time Cards with Project Costing Information

Hi Team,

We are going to have timecards integrated with Payroll and Project Costing. As shown on the screenshot below, employees will have to select the projects, tasks and hours associated with it. Right now, we are facing a dilemma for salaried employees who always report to the same project and task. The client do not want them to report time entries but want their information to flow to project costing. We are looking for a way to auto-populate the timecards with the desired tasks and projects without asking employees to submit time. Is there a way to do this?
