Journey allocation based on proposed person type during pre-boarding

Summary:

We would like to allocate Journey tasks during during pre-boarding i.e. before they join, based on proposed person type.

Content (required):

We have the need to allocate checklist tasks to new joiners in their pre-Day 1 Journey, based on their future user person type (e.g. Permanent, Consultant, etc) however this attribute is not available so we're having to allocate a number of tasks to new joiners that are not relevant for their future person type e.g. Contingent Workers that are Contractors need to upload a photo for their access card but not Contingent Workers who are Consultants. What would be the best solution for this? A fast-formula? If so, does anyone know how can we fetch the Proposed person type because
