Why is a Draft Contract automatically created when contract terms added to a negotiation. Then when awarding Create Contract button is also available on the negotiation which will generate another unique contract number. And we can only add the awarded lines on the contract created using Create Contract button and not on those that are automatically created.

Is there a way we can stop the automatically creation of Draft Contract when we add Contract terms to negotiation?
