Error message when Moving a Task Back(Performance Document)

Hi everyone,

One of our HR have been having the following error when trying to move back a performance document(giving the document back to the manager).

The path followed: Performance Document>Look for a document>Move Task Back

Translation of the error: "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 250, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as5_01, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP."

Does anyone know the reason for this error?
