Deploy a custom ODA Web SDK in Fusion Application

Hello Team,
We are looking for a workaround to deploy a custom ODA Web-SDK in the Fusion Application apart from using the in-built "Digital Assistant Configuration" in "HCM Design Studio" to configure the digital assistant deployed on a channel in the ODA Instance.
The reason to do this is that the customer has a requirement to have the digital assistant available in multi-language (i.e. English and Arabic) and the same has been configured within the Digital Assistant in the ODA Instance. Now as per the response from Oracle Support the "Digital Assistant Configuration" in "HCM Design Studio" of Fusion Application can only initialize a conversation in one language only as the configuration available in "Digital Assistant Configuration" lets you set the "locale" and "automatically initialize message" for a single language.
