Is there an element of creating a background line box to group the info and entry fields nicely?

Hello there.

Is there a way that you can have a background linebox so that you can group for example existing meter/reading information against new meter/reading information, etc.? I do not see much of this kind of elements / drawing icons from the Visual Form Editor. If I used "section", it doesn't show boundary lines so it looks continuous information. Using "tab" creates a button and a new display when clicked. We just wanted to place them in one form.
