Is there a way to get the Stop Date for Initiatives to populate if I want to make a report from here

Summary:

We would like to be able to see when initiatives will stop so we don't miss making a new one. Is this something that can be done or do we have to keep our own spreadsheet manually?

Is there also a way to have 2 initiatives. One for New Hires and one for employees getting the annual assignment (which is the same content) but never having to end the initiatives. We have to report on who is getting it as a new hire and who is getting it as an annual, without having to stop the new hire initiative 3 months before the annual so a new hire isn't taking the same course 2xs.

Howdy, Stranger!
