Performance Document Sharing Option
Summary:
During the performance evaluation process, the manager provides final feedback and a rating using the "Manager Evaluation of Workers' task, then shares the document using the "Share Performance Document' task. But this will share both feedback and a rating with employees.
As per business requirements, once Manager shares the document, only managers' final feedback should be visible to employees, but ratings should not be visible until a specific time period.
Can anyone please advise on how this can be achieved using a single performance document setup?
Note: One option I am thinking of using is to create two separate performance templates, one for final feedback and the other only for rating. but looking at any other option.
