    Tip: Employee Unable to Provide Final Feedback on Performance Review in R12

    We recently had an issue in performance management where a manager had clicked 'Share and Release' to allow the employee to acknowledge review and provide final feedback. I checked 'update performance task' and ran a custom report that displays performance task and both areas displayed 'document shared with employee.' However, the 'provide final feedback' task was not available to the employee. In the manager's view the 'Share and Release' button was still displaying, but clicking the button did not do anything. 

    I had the employee clear her browser history/cache and she was then able to 'provide final feedback' and complete her performance review document.
