Help with report creation to trace the queue from client on Right Now

Well, I'm are trying to assemble a report in Right Now that followed the history of queues that a chat went through, containing the source and destination queue, filtered by source group, destination and data.

Content (required):

I'm considering the table “chat_events”, column “event”, considering event 43 and chat transferred 47 as serviced chat.

However, we are faced with the following problem. When a chat has more than one transfer, more than one line will be displayed for each transfer.

For example:

Customer was transferred from queue A to queue B and then transferred from queue B to queue C
