How to disable Responsive UI time card fields from "caching" options?
Looking for information on how to disable Responsive UI time card fields from displaying the most recent selection and instead display all options.
I tried to do a search in Customer Connect, but did not see anything, if you know of an existing question I would be grateful for you to direct me there.
I am looking for information on how to disable Responsive UI time card fields from only displaying the most recently used selection. I know that one can type in the field to refresh what options are available, however this feature is confusing for our employees and we get a significant amount of questions. We are working on how to best educate employees on what to do, however, I would appreciate if there were a way to turn this off so that there is no automatic filtering.
