When approved goal is edited Goal Id in not available in XML_DATA_CACHE of Approval Workflow table

Hi Team, we have a requirement to pull the approval status of the goal from transaction console when edited (i.e., A goal is already approved and has entry in HRG_GOALS table. The same goal is now edited once again and it is either in Draft Status or AWAITING APPROVAL status). I have attached xml_data_cache extracted using the below query. It doesn't show goal id. So, question is since xml_data_cahce doesn't have GOAL_ID there is no unique way to identify which goal is edited. DO you have any suggestions?
