Is it possible to trigger notification reason for PRs that is automatically Rejected?

Content (required):

The PR approval has conditions that will automatically reject the PR. For example:

  1. If Item code is Blank -- Auto Reject
  2. If PR Description is Blank -- Auto Reject

For manual Rejected PRs, the approvers can input comments in the comment box to inform the requester about the reason why they have rejected the PR. For automatic Reject PRs triggered by approval condition, is there any way we could include reason of Rejection in the PR notification via in app and email?
