DocuSign - One of the document sent to an Employee without requesting?
One of the DocuSign envelope is allocated to an Employee without requesting. Our Employee is working in the organization for past 10+years. Is there any specific reason or scenario for DocuSign Envelope to send a mail without any requests received from Employee. Further, Employee receives the DocuSign Envelope / mail in a span of 5 minutes accepting the terms and conditions in the document.
In the Before Day 1 and Day 1 Journeys, there's no task Allocated for the employee.
Please share process followed by DocuSign Envelope in assigning specific document for Employee's Electronic Signature. Also, How do we get a log or review the issue through Oracle API Integrator Key?
