Create Submitted message is not getting updated on WorkOrders

we are trying to create Activity in OFS whenever a work order is created. We have used the prebuilt integrations from market place for this job.

We were able to successfully create the Activity in OFS and Workorder status also getting updated successfully, but the message on top of the work order is not getting changed. Even after creating the Activity it is still showing as “Waiting for confirmation from Field Service that the submitted activity was successfully created. Refresh to check for status updates.
