Confirmation Needed: Object Trigger and Object Workflow

Summary:

Hi,

I need your help to confirm the following behavior for Object Trigger and Object Workflow.

If I create/update CX object data from ERP UI, object trigger and workflow will be raised. correct?

For example, for Address object, I create/update address 1, city in ERP UI (manage customer UI), object trigger & WF on address object will be called.

If I create/update CX object data with Web Service (REST or SOAP), object trigger won't be raised but object workflow will be. correct?

For example, for Account object, I create/update Account Name with Web Service, only object WF on account object will be called.
