How to generate tax recoverable line on receipt accounting journals

By reading the Doc ID 2066274.1 , we understood that their is no accounting entry for recoverable tax portion of purchase orders, and that it is the expected behavior as per design.

But according to local requirements in France, our client must have the recoverable tax lines on their receipt accounting journals.

Could you please tell us if there is a way to generate the accounting entry for the recoverable tax portion using a SLA customization.

We aim to add an extra line on the deliver to expense and receiving journals with the recoverable tax portion and we need help on the accounting rule in order to determine the amount of the recoverable tax portion.
