Advanced Collections - Process Strategy Tasks Parameters when run as a Standalone Process

Summary:

We use Advanced Collections, and since moving over to Oracle Fusion (April 2022) have not had the Feature: Automatically Initiate or Fulfil Collections Tasks in Third Party Systems from Release 18C enabled.

We have always experienced issues in our DEV environments whereby the Strategy Tasks do not automatically initiate when the task is due. We have recently had similar in our PROD environment. After raising an SR I have been advised we need to enable the Feature above. I have done this in our DEV environment and this has resolved our issues, but I have a question about the 'Process Strategy Tasks' Scheduled Job when run as a standalone process.
