We are encountering this error when trying to access Configure Adaptive Search.


Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #3":


The Configure Adaptive Search task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..


We had an error before this so we did a CSM from other envi to this envi, but upon checking, we are encountering this error.


What is the meaning of this and how to resolve the issue?
