Dependents not seen in People to Cover
Summary:
Benefit admin walked an employee through adding contacts, and then designating them as dependents for elections about a month ago. Today, the employee reached out because our carrier is saying that the two dependents (children) are not seen on their end, even though employee is enrolled in EE+Children (currently showing as should be EE only). We can see the children listed as dependents, but they are not seen in the People to Cover screen. Has anyone else experienced this, or have any guess as to what may have happened? I'm assuming this is causing a gap in their enrollments with
