How to create a Sales Order based on a subscription created?

Summary:

A Sales Order needs to be created against the products associated in a Subscription/Coverage based item covered by the contract

We have a business scenario, where a blanket subscription will be created first and that will hold few subscription/coverage based items, which is covering few assets/items in it.

Now, after creating the service contract, a Sales Order should be created automatically based on the associated assets/items covered in the subscription/coverage type item.

Can anyone please let me know about the feasibility in Oracle Fusion?
