In this post, I want to address the need for creating a refresh button on the Service Request List Page (under Fusion Service Center).

Through Visual Builder Studio, customers have the opportunity to extend Fusion Service Center and create a custom button to refresh the service request list.

In the classic experience, the ability to refresh the service request list is available out of the box. However, with the Redwood interface, we are introducing a new approach by making this feature available through extension. This means that customers will have the flexibility to implement the custom button according to their specific requirements.
