If we do a promotion for an employee and it results in them upgrading their sick plan what is happening is it gives the enrollment start date of the new plan the day it's keyed into Oracle. We want the enrollment start date to be the effective date of the promotion for many reasons. Example is if today, 1-26-24 , I key a promotion for an employee then enrollments run at 7PM each day. At 7 this evening it will pick up the new promotion and assign the new plan but it gives the enrollment start date 1-26-24. If I
