API to job boards

Summary:

We would like to advertize to one job board from Taleo. We are currently using Broadbean but this new job board we saw is not part of Broadbean.

The job board is asking if Taleo is API enabled (which i think it is). If we will use that new job board to advertize from our Taleo, do we need to create our own API or we need to ask the job board if they have API they can use to connect to Taleo?
