The legislation code isn't valid for the person (system has only 'US' and 'UK' LE ,'IN' LE new)

Summary:

Hi, I'm facing issue at the time of Import HDL dat file for hiring new person with IN legislation

In system we have only US and UK legislation, this is the first time trying to import person with India legislation

getting this error "The legislation code isn't valid for the person"

can you please suggest what are all the setup need to configure in system both functional and technical wise

source from workday to oracle fusion

worker dat file contains 7 entities below mention the legislation code reference entities only
