How to submit the Load Interface File for Import scheduled process using Rest API

I need to submit the Load Interface File for Import process using REST API. The API to submit scheduled process is https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/24a/farca/op-ess-rest-scheduler-v1-requests-post.html

But the Load Interface File for Import have a file parameter and the documenation does't provide any guidance regarding send file as parameter.

How can I send a file for the Data File parameter using the REST API?
