How to compare array fields with given values in show field of layout?

Requirement to compare BrandSalesGroup_c which is array field needs to be compared with TWS_Australia and MPS_Australia in show group.

We have BrandSalesGroup_c which is array field. We created one group and that group should be visible only if BrandSalesGroup_c includes TWS_Australia or MPS_Australia.

When we select BrandSalesGroup_c[], includes option is not coming up in comparison box, only ===,==,>= etc these operators are visible even if it is array field. But if we are comparing any array then it should show includes in the box like it shows when we select roles[] which is standard one.
