Is there a way to enabled a sub-inventory field for editing while creating and editing PO.

Hi Team,

When creating/editing a PO, subinventory field is enabled for editing. However, NO sub-inventories are appearing in the selection options.

This is NOT true in lower enviroment. User is able to successfully edit the sub-inventory and see available options for the respective org.
Tested against multiple POs, all with NO transactional history beyond change orders.
