Create an attachment for a candidate using REST API

Hello Team,

We are working on a project , where requirement is to pull the candidate details from external vendor and create them into our HCM application using REST API.

While using below REST API call to attach the document to candidate ,there is one attribute UploadedFileLength: integer in payload,

Can someone please confirm what is the limit of file size that we can attach to candidate and also what is the base64 character string length which we are passing into "FileContents" .

(/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingCandidates/{CandidateNumber}/child/attachments)
