Initialize and Load Collections Metrics is running too long

We are in the process of enabling our collections module. We ran the following processes

a. Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries - Completed successfully

b. Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment - Completed successfully

c. Update Collections Summary Data.- Completed successfully

d. Initialize and Load Collection metrics - Still running after two hours

e. Incremental load collection metrics - Yet to run

Need help to understand if the above process take longer than 2 hours.
