How to hide Employer (Secondary) Rates in Benefits Self Service

If we uncheck "Display" at self service grouping … Employer rates will be disabled from both Ben Admin as well from Employee Self Service.

can anyone please help to know how to show Employer rates only to the Admins and not on the Employee Self Service
