Is it possible to Update a Data Table using a commerce action?

Summary:

I would like to ask if there is a way to be able to update a data table using a commerce action/BML triggered by a button?

For context,

We have "prices" data table, this data table has same items that has different prices, I would like to update the price of an item by having a formula where the highest amount will be retained using a commerce action/BML connected to a button wherein if I click the button the data table will update.
