Evaluate Life Event Participation Scheduling for Daily Run not processing all Life Events in time

Our daily scheduled Evaluate Life Event Participation stopped running New Hire Life events and Termination of Coverage as of last week.

We just finished Open enrollment since we have plan year Open enrollment in July instead of December. The scheduled processes were rescheduled and stopped processing a few life events. It looks like it is running at 1:30am but not processing Life Events for current date and trying to process old Life events. So New Hire and Termination of Coverage are sitting in Detected Status. I am able to used Evaluate Life event participation report to process these Life Event once identified using Person selection FF.
