Breaks not excluded in absence entry

As per requirement the absence entry should not pick meal times the published schedules show 9h15 min for a 10 hour schedule which correctly shows the duration excluding the meal break. but while booking absence it picks the entire duration.

we need to understand why the absence is picking the duration along with breaks when the work schedule excludes.
